On the 13th of April, we had the pleasure of participating in the Trade Fair of Ziarnex Wholesale in Mrągowo. During this event, we met with numerous clients to present our wide range of confectionery semi-finished products, including a variety of confectionery compound coatings and spreadable creams.
In our monoporcions, we tried to reflect the main theme of the trade fair, which was sailing and sea travel. At our stand you could try, among others: “Bosman’s Cheesecake” (with a chocolate decoration in the shape of a rudder), chocolate monoportions with a compass motif and pralines with surprising flavours, such as “Bosman’s Temptation” or “Land on the Horizon”. All these unique pastries were created using our chocolate, confectionery compound coatings, and spreadable creams by our talented pastry chef, Łukasz Kaniewski.
