An inspiring and exceptionally tasty confectionery workshop on Terravita semi-finished products conducted for Credin is behind us!
Throughout the day we worked with different types of confectionery toppings, chocolates, multicreams, and learned about different techniques used for coating and decorating confectionery products.
The workshop included: doughnuts, cakes, Easter cupcakes, and with them a delicious traditional tumbler.
This was not only a practical training in confectionery techniques, but also a solid portion of inspiration and ideas for decorating and finishing products that impress (and pay off!). Our ambassador – master confectioner, Pawel Mieszala, not only shared his technical knowledge, but also supported participants in foodcost analysis and production optimization.
