Preparation method
- Heat both chocolates, the butter, cream, glucose syrup and salt in a saucepan until melted.
- Add the hazelnut paste and Terravita Hazelnut Multi Cream. Mix well.
- Crumble the biscuits into the mixture, then add the hazelnuts and slivered almonds. Mix until combined.
- Roll out the mixture between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of 4 cm. Chill.
- Cut into rectangular bars measuring 3 cm wide, 11 cm long and 2 cm thick. Chill again.
- Melt the Terravita Amber Cocoa Prima / Bambo Prima Coating with the oil.
- Dip one-third of each bar into the coating.
- Decorate with freeze-dried strawberries.
