A key highlight of our presentation will be the premiere of Grande Sakura Cherry — a 70% dark chocolate with a double filling: a delicate milky-floral sakura-flavoured layer and a pectin-based filling with the deep, tangy taste of cherry. This concept responds to the growing interest in Asia-inspired flavours and the search for new directions in private label development.
