Terravita and Paweł Mieszała are opening a new chapter of collaboration!
As they declare, it is passion and experience that form the foundation of this collaboration. It is also significant that their shared history began in the same city.
Paweł Mieszała is a Polish and World Pastry Champion with over 30 years of professional experience. He has participated in prestigious competitions, such as the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon and the World Pastry Championships in Milan. He is one of the most recognized and esteemed pastry chefs in Poland. He honed his skills all over the world, including in France and Belgium. For many generations of pastry chefs, he is a master and a trainer who helped them win awards and achieve success in the industry.
On a daily basis, he is involved in developing his confectioneries: “Pavlova” and “Studio 44”, and in reviving the iconic “Kociak Café” in Poznań, whose tradition dates back to 1962. As he himself says: “Tradition is very important and I always try to preserve it, save it. It is important not only for me, but also for future generations.”
In the near future, Terravita and Paweł Mieszała plan a series of meetings, workshops, and other events, to which they warmly invite.
