Application
In the ice cream industry:
- Ice toppings: they form a non-thick layer. Intended to decorate and enhance the taste of ice cream offered in litter trays, cups or cones.
- When incorporated into in an ice cream mass, they maintain a semi-solid texture and can be used for the production of marbled ice cream in litter trays, cups and boxes.
- Sauces can be inserted into the ice core on a stick, where they retain their elastic consistency. The variety of flavours and textures of such a product is a value appreciated by consumers.
On the craft scale (in ice cream parlors, cafes, patisseries):
- Decorating cakes, ice cream, desserts based on fruit and whipped cream
- Decoration of sweet warm dishes including waffles, pancakes, pasta, rice.

How to use
The sauce in the bottle is ready for direct use. The bottle should be shaken before dispensing. After opening, store in a refrigerator.
The sauce delivered in a pallet-container is should be handled by the industrial customers in line with product specification taking into account technological conditions of production process and functionality of the final product.

Storage and durability
A 1000 kg pallet-container with an inner aseptic insert: in intact packaging, store at 0-15 °C and relative humidity <75% for a period of 3 to 6 months, depending on the type of sauce.
A 20 kg bucket: in the intact packaging, store at 0-5 ° C and relative humidity <75% for a period of 2 to 6 months, depending on the type of sauce.
A 200g/1kg bottle: in intact packaging, store at 5-18 ° C and relative humidity <75% for up to 12 months.
